This week I took Hiker and did a short day trip up the “Million Dollar Highway” through Durango and Silverton and did some short hikes in Ouray and Telluride. I’m always jaw-droppingly blow away by the beauty of Colorado and this was no exception. We did the River Walk in Telluride, Lower Cascade Fall Trail (I may have said upper in the video) and Lower Box Canyon Falls Trail in Ouray - as well as just having a nice sightseeing walk around both cities. Along with beautiful stops at Molas Lake Campground and Andrews Lake on the way back home.
I also had the rather terrifying experience of locking my keys in the truck. The prospect of finding a locksmith in the tiny town of Ouray seemed difficult. I remembered I had OnStar and put in a call (though I had let the service lapse a long time ago). Even though I had no idea what my PIN number was, after some security questions they were amazingly able to unlock the truck for me remotely. Absolutely AWESOME!!
