A quick installation of some LED strip lighting for the Airstream bathroom. LOVED this upgrade!! Sometimes it’s the smallest things that make a big difference.
The ceiling lighting in the Airstream bathroom does little for counter or cabinet lighting. When I changed rigs (from the previously semi-totaled RPOD to the Airstream) I brought some portable LED lights with me (several motion sensor battery operated lights and I push button LED light), however I’ve been dissatisfied with these in the bathroom for quite some time. I finally decided to install LED strip lighting on each row of the overhead cabinet and I’m very happy with the result. This kit from Home Depot had the additional accessory of a remote control which mounts very nicely as an exterior light switch (another thing I had been wanting for the bathroom). My only point of dissatisfaction with this install is the rather large power cord now running down the wall - there may be a way to hide this further in the future.
